We ship via USPS. We pick the most economical shipment method available and we offer expedited shipping for an additional charge. Please see options at check out. We process most orders within 1 business day. Your package will take between 4-7 days in transit, depending on your location. If you have supplied your proper email, you will receive tracking information to determine the shipment location and arrival time.

We are sorry but we cannot ship to countries outside of the United States at this time.
Orders are not shipped on company holidays which include: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day,and New Year's Eve Day.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items.
We will notify you once we’ve researched your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
