You'll want to create a new password to sign into your account. Follow these steps:

1. Hover over "Sign In" at the top of the page and click "Sign In."

2. Click the "Forgot your Password?" link.

3. Enter your email address. Click "Submit."

4. You will receive an email with temporary password.

5. Return to the sign in page.

6. Enter your email address and the temporary password into the appropriate fields.

7. Click Sign In and reset your password from Your Account page.

If you are unable to access your account by following these steps, create a new account or shop

Applying a coupon or discount to your order is easy. Simply add your product to your cart.  Then proceed through checkout normally. Enter your code into the promotion code field located on the checkout page. Click the apply button to apply your charitable designation code or discount. Your order will be updated showing the new designation or discount. 

To send more than one Box of Love to your family and friends, add the number of items to your cart and you will be able to select different addresses for each in the shopping cart.

We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your gift box to request a refund or a credit. ​​If you are not satisfied you can contact us at info@selectiveseniorgifts.com.  We will contact you via email to address your concerns.​​

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items.

After reaching you via email, if your Refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Any questions please reach out to us.

Yes, Express delivery charges are in addition to the Standard Shipping charge. The Standard Shipping charge covers the costs incurred from processing and packaging the order. 

Orders typically ship within 3 days of receipt during non-peak times or seasons. In peak seasons

(Thanksgiving through end of January or other seasonal sales) please allow 3-5 business days for

your order to be processed. Upon shipping you will be notified by email with a tracking number.
